The three axles and four pillars are the basic spirit of the house church. And these three axles and four pillars are all spirits from the Bible. The three axles of the house church means that the house church(small group) meeting, the united Sunday worship service with all members of each house church, and the Life study class are organically combined, and it can be seen as the hardware that the house church system operates on.<\/p>\n

Personality is composed of intelligence, emotion, and will, and in order for change to occur in a person, these three parts must be evenly touched. The house church changes people because it satisfies all aspects of intelligence, emotion, and will through the three axles.<\/p>\n

1) House church Meeting:<\/strong> Through the service and sharing of the house church(small group)meeting, it emotionally impresses believers and becomes a driving force for growth. Also, those who do not yet have faith, can remove their disbelief of God there and be motivated to pursue knowing God more and more.<\/p>\n

2) Life study:<\/strong> Life study satisfies our human intellectual needs and can be applied to real life through learning about accurate information about the gospel, thus providing a basis for faith and eliminating many misunderstandings.<\/p>\n

3) Sunday United Worship:<\/strong> This is a Sunday worship service where all the members of the house church family gather together and are led to make a willful decision and devote themselves to God. And, it is the \u2018leadership of the senior pastor\u2019 that holds the balance of the three axes through the Word and prayer.<\/b><\/p>\n

Four pillars: The purpose of the church, the discipleship training method, the biblical division of ministry between the pastor and the saints, and servant leadership are the four pillars that support a healthy church as biblical principles.<\/p>\n

1) The purpose of the church’s existence:<\/strong> What is the most important and core purpose of the church? Jesus said in Matthew 28:19-20 that this purpose is \u201cSaving souls and making disciples.\u201d<\/p>\n

2) Discipleship training method:<\/strong> The discipleship training of the house church is based on the discipleship training of Jesus in Mark 3:13-15. The discipleship method of Jesus was not simply a method of transferring knowledge, but of demonstrating it through actions, nurturing practical abilities, and making disciples through field training rather than simple classroom training.<\/p>\n

3) Biblical division of church ministry:<\/strong> In the Bible, there is no distinction between laity and clergy. Instead, in Ephesians 4:11-12 Paul speaks of a division of ministry. The three axles of the house church means that the house church(small group) meeting, the united Sunday worship service with all members of each house church, and the Life study class are organically combined, and it can be seen as the hardware that the house church system operates on. Personality is composed of intelligence, emotion, and will, and in order for change to occur in a person, these three parts must be evenly touched. The house church changes people because it satisfies all aspects of intelligence, emotion, and will through the three axles. 1) House church Meeting: Through the service and sharing of the house church(small group)meeting, it emotionally impresses believers and becomes a driving force for growth. Also, those who do not yet have faith, can remove their disbelief of God there and be motivated to pursue knowing God more and more. 2) Life study: Life study satisfies our human intellectual needs and can be applied to real life through learning about accurate information about the gospel, thus providing a basis for faith and eliminating many misunderstandings. 3) Sunday United Worship: This is a Sunday worship service where all the members of the house church family gather together and are led to make a willful decision and devote themselves to God. And, it is the \u2018leadership of the senior pastor\u2019 that holds the balance of the three axes through the Word and prayer. Four pillars: The purpose of the church, the discipleship training method, the biblical division of ministry between the pastor and the saints, and servant leadership are the four pillars that support a healthy church as biblical principles. 1) The purpose of the church’s existence: What is the most important and core purpose of the church? Jesus said in Matthew 28:19-20 that this purpose is \u201cSaving souls and making disciples.\u201d 2) Discipleship training method: The discipleship training of the house church is based on the discipleship training of Jesus in Mark 3:13-15. The discipleship method of Jesus was not simply a method of transferring knowledge, but of demonstrating it through actions, nurturing practical abilities, and making disciples through field training rather than simple classroom training. 3) Biblical division of church ministry: In the Bible, there is no distinction between laity and clergy. Instead, in Ephesians 4:11-12 Paul speaks of a division of ministry. The pastor plays the role of perfecting (or preparing) the saints, and the saints are responsible for the work of service (or shepherding) and building the church. 4) Servant Leadership: Jesus’ leadership is ‘servant leadership’ through the words of Mark 10:43-45.
